He oversees classes and materials and closely monitors student progress online to make sure students are ready to pass their contractors exam the first time.

Heidi received her Bachelor of Sciences in Environmental Design from University of California, Davis. Heidi started Placer Contractors School with her husband, David, and oversees daily operations, including accounting, advertising and student placement.

Joe has been working in the construction industry since 1988 and obtained his General B contractors license in August 1999. By the year 2000 he managed and operated a 200 man company contracting residential tract building, remodels and commercial work.
